From the first few videos, I learned how to mask two images together. The black color is used to hide the layer and the white layer is the layer shown (opt+click). Clipping mask helps to hide unwanted backgrounds of the chosen image. Clicking on the Subject menu reveals the subject tool, which helps to cut out an outline of the picture chosen. The gradient tool helps to determine the transitional area when coombining two photos. The lasso tool can be used for more rounded edges while the polygon tool can be used for more sharper edges. Blend modes can add a lot of contrast with th ehard light blend. Overlay and Soft Light options in Blend are used to apply textures.
