To get started with editing using the blurring tools in Photoshop, I thought it would be nice to make the background blurred since I wanted the sign to be the main focus. I wanted to keep the shape of the sign and the words on the sign, so I avoided blurring those parts of the photo. I used the field blur option because I wanted to be able to choose the places I blurred and this option allowed me to adjuct certain areas depending on whether or not I wanted to blur it or not.
